How to generate the PDF from Sentral

Academic Reports

Summary Report
from the report type options.

Set the year group to the cohort you want to analyse.

Under grouping options, select
Group by Student
.

Generate and download the PDF, then upload it below.
Year Group
Sets which class codes to recognise. Years 7–10 also enables maths grouping and G&T class splitting.

Score mode
Rank mode extracts X/Y ranks. Percentage mode extracts % marks and ranks via z-score per subject.
Rank (e.g. 17/61) — sort by lowest
Percentage mark (e.g. 87%) — z-score

All non-empty keys are checked on every line. Add extras for subjects that use different wording.
